Brew seems to have decided to settle at 1011.5 and not going beyond. Been like that for 7 days.
To whit: 5.2 kg Maris otter; 15g Black Malt; northern brewer; bobek; SO4.
SG 1051 and ten days later it reaches 1011.5 and has stayed that way for seven days. Really clean and really smooth, : have no complaints but wondered why it hasn't gone down to 1010 or even under. Does the 15g of black malt give it a bit of density?
