I've done a couple of small 1 gallon batches now, and as my kits are all Northern Brewer stuff the only fermenting vessels I've got are 2 ridiculous 4L demijohns, which are already starting to annoy me.
I don't have the space (or the kit, or really the inclination right now) to move up to huge brews, but I'd like to start doing 10-11L litre brews at least, so I'm looking for a new fermenter, preferably plastic, with a tap, a wide opening for cleaning and dry hopping.
Preferably not a bucket because the shelf space I can get away with using for my fermenter is quite tall and narrow :P
I've only really found one option after a few days of searching and that's out of stock 10 Litre Fermenter - Beer - Wine - Cider, perfect for 10 litre batches | The Malt Miller
Do people generally not do batches bigger than 1 gallon and smaller than 5? Are my requirements weird? Am I just looking in the wrong places? What else is out there?
Cheers in advance
