    First bottling

Morning all I've had a brew sitting for 10 days in fv at 21 degrees and have bottled it last night. It's now sitting in the dark at a constant 15 degrees C. I plan to have it there for 10 days before chilling and drinking. Does this sound right? Thanks in advance

Hi all. Just wondering, can I bottle after the secondary stage in a pressure barrel? If so do I need to add more sugar at bottling stage? Thanks

Thanks. Did forget to mention that the temp during the first ferment was about 26. I know this is high but would this be why the first stage was quite quick?
