    Length of racking

I bottled my coopers original lager over a week ago and primed using carb drops. How long should I keep it at room temp before moving it somewhere colder?

    Turkey Baster

I used to remove the bulb and just use my thumb to plug the hole like a thief

    Sediment Taste

I understand that, but I'm curious as to how it affects the taste and mouth feel when you bottle and drink.

    Sediment Taste

Just curious, what does the sediment actually do to the taste of a beer?

    hydrometer reading

I've just taken another hydrometer reading on my stuck home brew. Its dropped by about 1-2 points in about a week. I really don't think its going to move much, its at about 1.012/13 just now. Safe to bottle. Its been working away for 15 days.

    First C02 injection help!

    First C02 injection help!

Doubt it. I knew it was too soon but I wanted to see how to do it.

    First C02 injection help!

OK so that doesn't mean I have no co2 now does it. I just have enough

    First C02 injection help!

Does the CO2 bulb need to be left on. It was hissing before it was removed

    First C02 injection help!

I guess I over done the C02 but it was just to see how things work.

    First C02 injection help!

I just drew my first pint from my keg, and I thought I'd top it up with a CO2 bulb. After doing this 1 pint = 1 full CO2 bulb, gas is coming out the lid where the CO2 went in. Is this some sort of pressure release or is the valve inside broken.

    high gravity/stuck

As said those temps are fine. Can I ask if it has been steady because I had a stuck fermentation last week. I think it was caused by the temp going from 18-21 for me to about 16. I think the Yeasties went to sleep. I gave a very gentle stir and its well a truely unstuck now.

    Restart fermentation temp

Beer temp. Wasn't sure if its as important given how far into the brew I am

    Restart fermentation temp

I've been told to get my fermentation started after being stuck to stir it which I did and it worked now I'm wondering if its OK to be at a temp of around 22 as I've also been told to move it somewhere warm to get it to the fg I want. I'm now on day 11

    Gentle stir

I was planning a week warm then 4 cold, but I'm starting to lean on 2 weeks warm then half batch 4 weeks other have 6-8 weeks. Got a keg of flat lager to get through in 2 weeks lol. Now I know not to keg flat lager.

    Gentle stir

Off topic I obviously had a wee taste and its OK. I know its young but I was wondering does lagering and time let the flavour come out?

    Gentle stir

Well I took another SG reading today and it hadn't changed a bit so I took the advice I got on here and give it a gentle stir. I was careful not to splash as I also took care not to disturb the blanket of CO2 ontop. That was about 20 mins ago and I just had my first kick (bubble) in days so...
