re - One of them is getting WLP001 california, the other WLP004 Irish Ale. Can't decide which to pitch in what...? personally if it was me I would pitch the california in the Madarina and the Irish in the experimental, but as I have no depth of experience with either - thats just a gut...

thanks BrewBilly - it was a good brew day, not sure why but was well relaxed and just cruised through. The wyeast did not seem to get started so added the Notty yesterday afternoon and its banging along like a steam train this morning :D may well be it was a bit heavy for a single pack - note...

bottled this on 25th - moved out to garage a bit late but had to try a bottle - nice - very nice bodes well for a mature beer in a month or two :thumb: lots of fruity scent, mixed fruity / spicy taste with a hoppy background, got to love Citra - all in all well worth the experiment
