    re - One of them is getting WLP001 california, the other WLP004 Irish Ale. Can't decide which to pitch in what...? personally if it was me I would pitch the california in the Madarina and the Irish in the experimental, but as I have no depth of experience with either - thats just a gut...

    bottled this on 25th - moved out to garage a bit late but had to try a bottle - nice - very nice bodes well for a mature beer in a month or two :thumb: lots of fruity scent, mixed fruity / spicy taste with a hoppy background, got to love Citra - all in all well worth the experiment
