Fastening bottle tops??

How the hell do I do it?? I've bought a load of caps that are ready to put on my bottles, but can't for the life of me figure out how to attached them on. I've tried googling the question, but end up with creative arts and craft links to recycle bottle cap.

I've in the UK, where we don't have twisties. Somehow, using a pair of pliers to faster the flared caps over the bottle head doesn't seem the way to go...

Any help much appriciated!

Spend the 30 on the bench capper, it seems a lot but everybody who upgrades from the other sort says it's worth it (me included)

+1 for the bench capper - way better than the hand capper

never had a problem with my hand capper, but then again I don't bottle that often but if I was bottling every brew I would be using a bench capper.
