Yeh, I'll rack to a second FV (glass carboy) and then stabilise and clear from there I always use finings on my wows to get them to clear which involves stirring it up twice for the two parts. So it makes sense to limit the amount of sediment that's getting stirred up. There's always a sh1tload...

I've had to use two 'doses' of Kwik Clear once or twice for very stubborn clearing WOW's, which did the trick. As others have said, leaving it for a good while too will naturally help. good luck !

Not tried a wine but I've made a few 'Christmas' ciders along the same lines as the ingredients you've mentioned (but using Apple juice of course !) Main suggestion would be to go easy on the cloves, they can be a little overpowering ! Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
