    AGs 1-3

Ive just bought a couple of cubes off ebay for about 15 quid for the 2 with postage, so it might be worth trying that if you have room for storing them. Sounds like you are working out your volumes well and making some good beer congrats

    Fizzy Coopers IPA !

The bubbles generally get smaller with time in the bottle which can make it smoother. The carbonation drops are very handy but they are one size fits all so you cant adjust carbonation for a style. I batch prime now when i bottle and i prefer it.

How do you organise your bottled beer storage?

Im thinking of the different colour bottle caps idea myself, at the moment i just pour it in a glass and try and guess what it is

    How soon is too soon?

I never did extract to be fair, i did a few BIAB as i didnt have the money to buy a full ag setup in one go and it allowed me to add to my equiptment gradually

    How soon is too soon?

I would try an extract batch first or a BIAB batch, buy yourself a brew kettle that is big enough to become part of your full all grain setup at some stage and try an extract batch and then a BIAB. Youll find AG alot easier once you have got used to some of the processes involved in extract brewing.
