Hi. I dont think any one can help me with this but thort its worth a shot.

I was brewing some Belgium cherry beer 2 days a go. It did not state how much water to add to the wort so I assumed it was the stander 25L. I know I know. Rookie error! But Iv stupidly dun it. It was only ment to have 12L of water. Its now been two days and I v only just realised this. Is their any way of salvaging this by adding any thing to it or should I just right it off as alesson learnt?

I can't think of anything you can do to salvage that. Youve doubled the brew length and halved the strength.....
So unless you like a lot of flavoured water....I'd suggest wishing it .bon voyage..

Unless you fancy chucking a load of spraymalt at it (which could be throwing good money after bad) I'd be tempted to let it brew out and see how bad it is.

Maybe think of it as a low-alcohol beer? Chances are it'll not be that great though.

Go buy another kit and bung it in quick !

Just get the can and stir it very gently in. You will end up with simply twice as much beer brewed the way it should be.

He is trying to brew something good !! Budweiser :sick: go to waitrose and get a bottle of Kolsch (red bottle) and then after drinking that remind me what you think of budweiser , p.s also try a Budweiser budvar (it's different stuff)

Those Brewferm kits are some £26 or so - not sure I would want a £52 brew.

Bad luck, i have just bottled this kit, i would also suggest adding another tin, i paid 19.99 for mine so it wouldnt be cheap but i cant see it being very tasty as it is.
