    DIYDog 2017

I've brewed it. It is a nice beer, not a massive hop bomb like other brewdog beers though. Would make it again

    DIYDog 2017

Glad I've just seen that. I'm hoping to brew something like this. I've enjoyed every brew I've made from diy dog. And was toying with jet black heart for one of my next brews

    matching styles in brewers friend

If you make a beer that you love, who cares if it matches a style. I make mainly IPAs sometimes they match APAs sometimes IPAs. Sometimes none. If they taste how I want I don't care. All I know is most of the beers I make taste far superior to anything I can buy in the supermarket for much less dosh

Which ones should I buy, quality vs price

Mini kegs is the way to go. Better if you buy them with beer in them but good anyway. I prefer them with the party star tap, as they seem to go flat after about a day otherwise. Still a bargain though, saving loads of time bottling even with buying co2

    Donald Trump

I think he is an absolute nutter, but he's the only "politician" who has put policies into place he promised to his people. ( in my lifetime anyway) not that I know of anyway. I don't agree with his policies but kind of admire him as far as they all go, for his conviction

Clearing a brew, "naturally" (As per German Law)

I would love to taste a real home brewed lager, I don't have a fermentation fridge so only stick to ales. Mainly IPA's but I'm partial to the odd porter or stout. I'm blown away how I can make things that are far better than most commercial brews, in my opinion anyway. Is it really worth the...

    Minimalist Homebrewing

I use biab and find it quite minimalist, not a lot of gear to store or clean

My Personal Rant About BrewDog PLC

I like brewdog beer and applaud them for releasing diy dog. I'm new to all grain, well six months in. Most of my recent brews are adaptions of recipes in the diy dog Ebook. I applaud them for releasing this as most if not all my forays into the world of all grain brewing are based on their...
