Another new one for me, an 80 Shilling from Belhaven brewery. Smooth and malty, but a little thin for me at 3.9%.

Found some reduced beers in the shop today. I'd never tried a Jail Ale before. Why have I never tried this before?! It's amazing!

Had an amazing IPA from Lidl called US of IPA today (forgot the picture). Nice and bitter with toffee malt and big notes of marmalade. Incredible for only 99p. Next I had a Citrus City Orange Pale Ale from the same brewery. Oddly less orange from this beer than the IPA, still not a bad beer and...

Sounds like a fantastic idea. If she's anything like mine she'll love them! 18 months old and she'll have a sip and say mmmm beer 🤣 After giving her a sip I have to down the rest or she'll beg me for more 😅

I wanted to start the evening of with one of my quads. Popped the cap and nothing, flat as a pancake 😭 That's what I get for recycling caps I guess. Cracked open a can of this peanut brittle stout instead. It's ok, the peanut brittle taste is there, but it's quite thin for a stout.
