I checked on this last night. It's now down to 1011, giving it an abv of 4.7%. This tastes amazing straight out the FV. I'm going to bottle and pin this next week.

Valhalla was bottled this afternoon, it finished at 1010 giving it an abv of 7.6%

Well I managed to get around to bottling and kegging this today. It finished at 1009 giving it an abv of 3.6%

You could say that yeah. I would have used Marris Otter, but decided last minute to use the lager malt, as this sack had been open longer. I expect it not to be as biscuity as the Marris would have been
