    Cooper's Canadian Blonde?

Last bottle left now. Glad I tried it, as with most, probably wouldn't bother again though. Not as good as European Lager kit from Cooper's.

    Morgan's Blue Mountain Lager...?

Tried a bottle of the Blue Mountain Lager. Only been in bottles about two weeks. Certainly requires time to improve. Nothing to write home about so far, tastes like a regular lager kit currently.

    Finlandia Cider...?

I've just tried a very small bottle of my Finlandia Cider. I've made mine a 32 pint kit using 1kg of sugar. It's certainly different to my Magnum kits in the past. Definately a Scrumpy, but pretty sweet tasting. Tastes more like proper apple juice than regular ciders. For me I prefer a more...

    Cooper's Mexican Cerveza....?

I did a Cooper's European Lager kit, the eggy smell was present. It certainly disappears with maturation. Don't worry.

    Finlandia Cider...?

The Finlandia Cider is taking a slightly longer to clear than others I've done. Certainly a country/scrumpy cider, though I made 30 pints and upped the sugar for stronger brew. :drink:

    Cooper's Mexican Cerveza....?

I've tried all the Magnum range and ALL are good. :thumb: My personal favourite is either the regular Apple Cider or Elderflower Cider. A Strawberry kit is available, it's good but I found strangely a little sour for my taste. The Pear isn't too bad either. Most of em' are reasonably sweet...

    Woodforde's Norfolk Nog....?

    Recommend a Stout kit?

Any other stout kits worth trying?

    Woodforde's Nelson's Revenge

I've a feeling it won't clear before I've finished the barrel, but patience is something I struggle with at the best of times. :( However, the taste is certainly there!! I've tried three Woodfordes kits and all have I been most pleased with. :D I find it sweeter than the Wherry I...

    Woodforde's Nelson's Revenge

    Woodforde's Nelson's Revenge

Sweet??? I kinda reckon Nelson's Revenge is as sweet if not sweeter than Wherry. :wha:

    Brupack kits, any good...?

    Unsure...you tell me??

    Woodforde's Norfolk Nog....?

Cheers! I've just barrelled mine. Tried a small glass.....it's gonna be a good one I reckon!!!

    Cooper's Mexican Cerveza....?

    Starting mine tomorrow. :)

    Cooper's Mexican Cerveza....?

Yeah I've noticed this too! :x Just worried increasing the sugar and trying to get a greater O.G. could damage the taste. :hmm:

    Cooper's Mexican Cerveza....?

Thanks, I thought so, I'll avoid beer "enhancer" a bit of a con I reckon. :nono:
