Help needed: some defective bottles ruined my mood.

Baz Chaz, the head is not enough for me, I need some fizz in my beer. All the other bottles are ok, and me and my friends are really enjoying this brew. So this afternoon I primed and re-bottled only those 6 liters, in bottles I already tested and trust. Now I'll wait some weeks and then I'll...

Help needed: some defective bottles ruined my mood.

Some weeks ago I tried the first bottle of my Muntons Mexican Cerveza and I was very pleased with the result. Unfortunately I discovered lately that some 0.75 bottles a friend gave me had **** ceramic corks that did not seal ermetically. So now I have almost 7 lit of good tasting beer with no...

Best Live Band You Have Seen

First that come to my mind from the old times are Weather Report (still with Jaco Pastorius) and Neil Young. Lately the best was a Dave Matthews Band gig 3 years ago.

    Cooper's Australian Pale Ale

Hi Neil, I primed each bottle using the spoons I found in my kit. I don't know about Coopers' Mexican, my ongoing batch is a Muntons Mexican Cerveza, and there were no special instructions about the temperature. I started it on 25th May and it went from OG 1036 to FG 1006, I think tomorrow I'll...

    getting into the hobby?

I use the same technique. I encouraged all my friends to buy beer in bottles with ceramic cork, like the one in the picture. Yesterday a friend organized a BBQ and I came home with seven empty 0.75lt bottles :thumb:

    Homebrewing in Italy

Hi guys, I am a sort of Homebrewer Reborn, as 10 years ago I got a kit from my wife as a birthday present and used it for a while. Then I had 2 bad brewing experiences, probably due to some infections and I lost interest. Now I decided to give it another try, so on May the 1st I bought a...
