Yesterday I tried my Astralian Lager and I was very happy with the result, so I decided to start immediately another batch.
This time I choose a Muntons Mexican Cerveza.
Just added 1Kg of normal sugar and put it at rest. OG is 1036

Next time I'll go for malt and brew enhancer too. I see that most of you guys are using those.

I've got the Australian lager fermenting now I used 1kg of brew enhancer 1 & 500g of light spray malt with 21 ltr of water to give it a bit more strength as find the kits tend to be a little on the week side for my liking its nice to no there's a fellow lager lover out there :drink:

I love lager, especially in summer.
Anyway I'll probably try a bitter for the next batch, just to try something different !

Just got my mexican cerveza going using 1kg of brewing sugar and just under half a kilo of beer enhancer, just under 22l with a SG of 1.041, read good things about the wilko mexican cerveza on the beer kit reviews section and figured that theyre supposedly made by muntons anyway
