    Great idea. Will be interested how it turns out. I like the idea of the tin foil on the stove top I did a mead where the honey boiled over o to the stove. Never did get that all off.

    What should I look for in a good mead honey? I have made a mead with fruit using the cheap asda green stripe honey. I enjoy a good quality mead but not sure where to start with choosing the honey?

    Sounds amazing but im struggling to find elderberries down in Cornwall. Every time I spot a bush all the ones I could harvest are too high up. :mad:

    Blueberry Wine

    I wouldn't put a carbanation drop in to wine bottles as they are not designed to hold pressure. Hopefully the corks would just pop out but you could end up with bottle bombs and a big mess to clear up. Your best bet would be to use non sugar based sweetener to sweeten to taste, little by little...

    +1 I would be interested in this too. Sure I saw in one of the turbo cider threads somebody added frozen summer fruits to there TC to make a berry cider.
