Could I use one of these for a WOW wine rather than putting it into individual bottles?

The problem you have is air will be introduced as the wine is poured and this will spoil the wine unless you are going to drink it quickly.

If you would rather not bottle have a look at bag in a box, there are a few manufacturers, here is one of them.

Bag-in-box

Bag-in-box packaging

Bag-in-box (BIB) packaging is a convenient and economical alternative to bottles. Products can remain in good condition for weeks or months after opening, due to the one-way tap that prevents the entry of air into the bag during dispensing.

Vigo bag-in-boxes are suitable for beer, cider and pasteurised apple juice (still, not carbonated).

Boxes:

Designed for easy assembly and strength
No need for sticky tape or glue
‘Crash-lock' or reinforced self-locking bases, depending on capacity, which snap into place
Easy fold-in tops

Bags:

Multi-layer for strength, low oxygen permeability and high oxygen barrier
Designed for hot fill/pasteurisation (up to 72°C)
Vitop tap and Vitop gland help prevent oxygen ingress

Nah not bought one yet but got two gallons of my first wow on the go tonight and wanted something funky to put it in for the new year party. Just hoping it will be acceptable drinking by then.

This would be my best guess:

I tried this once years ago, but the reality was that I was far more intersted in making it, playing with it and admiring it than I ever was in the end product.

Basically it is fruit, spirits and sugar to make a dessert. Fruit is added when in season throughout the year and every fruit addition is topped with sugar and more spirits. Then you eat it in the festive season, or now, when everything looks a bit miserable.

Might be good with ice cream?
