Bags of frozen mixed fruit (berries, currants etc type i was thinking of using), are pretty cheap and wondered if anyone has made wine from them and how it turned out.
+1 I would be interested in this too. Sure I saw in one of the turbo cider threads somebody added frozen summer fruits to there TC to make a berry cider.
Hi we grow most of our own fruit and as it is usually all ready within a short few weeks we tend to pick it and freeze it, so I guess you can say we always use frozen fruit, our wine is superb been brewing for a few years now and haven't so far í ½í¹had a bad batch.
