    Moley recommends letting the wine sit on the lees for a week or so after the fermentation has finished to let them finish their work, would two weeks be to long would it taint the wine? I ask because I am going on holidays and it would be handy to rack when I come back, If not I am going to have...

    I presume you added water to your brew, If it was a DJ 4 litres, if this is so you have added to much sugar. I will stand corrected as many more experts on this forum than I.

    Going to sample a bottle of my first Tc tonight, just put it in the fridge. I should let it sit for another few weeks but I cant wait, I hope its not to nice or my gallon will be gone before daybreak. Good luck with your brew. :drink:

    Turbo Cider Trial

    I am new to TC like yourself, I am going to try one using a grated bramley apple in the base recipe, I believe it adds acid that is missing from the dessert apples used in supermarket apple juice. Good Luck with your experiment, tell us which one you prefer when you are done. :drunk:
