Just taken a reading & both 15L brews are down to 1008. Its taken 70 hours to ferment out. Will give it a few days to clean itself up but thats bloody quick. 4.5% Nice.

99% of the time i use Asda water & if i remember i throw in a few tea spoons of Gypsum. As i dont write down in my recipe book i can never remember which its been added to when it comes to drinking it. All taste the same, mighty fine.
