Just another pale ale, target, ekg and jester all at 15 mins yeast Beiore, note cable tie
Just got back from North Devon and kegged 2 brews a bitter and a pale ale, I have about 3L of each to sup i hate wastage so tonite it is flatish ale night
You probably said...but what's your kegging situation etc??

What's that in the tub with the yeast
Just the label,i have loads of yeast so i just cut the label off then i know which is which
Got 2 of these to brew, it will get a dry hop with jester yeast will be beior

It's very good they way i do it, not as good as all grain but very drinkable, i only do it in winter when it's to cold to brew outside
Morning fellow brewers, water on, i have 5.5kg of crisps pale malt to use up before i restock for the warmer months, i have hop wise i have target, jester, ekg, and admiral, yeast beoir and cml voss, which would you use cheers

Do you buy the dried yeast in bulk and then keep it in tubs (hard to tell from the photo). If so, how long does it last for?
Yeah 100g from cml and I keep in airtight tubs, how long it lasts I don’t really know but I have never had a bad brew the one I using today is nearly 5months in the fridge

Good to know, thanks. I don't brew often enough and use different yeasts for most brews, so a 100g bag would last me over a year. Cheers
