I often wondered if some of the CMLyeasts were manufactured by WHC.
They will be repacked blocks, but probably from various different suppliers, this could include WHC, Lallemand, Fermentis, but more likely to be AB Biotek, Niche or AEB Brewing

Good to know! They are their own strains.
Currently dried by a specialist third party.
Yes it is a complicated and expensive thing to do, however not as much as it was 5 years ago.
My HBS has just started selling these yeasts... I think they are Lallemand yeasts with a different more jazzy name for the UK market.
Could they be paying someone like Lallemand to dry their yeast for them, like WLP were doing?
No they are not.

No they are not.
So I assume the above means they are using a 3rd party that’s not Lallemand?Currently dried by a specialist third party.
Correct, not dried in-house (at this time), and not done by Lallemand. So I assume the above means they are using a 3rd party that’s not Lallemand?
My original question wasn’t whether they are Lallemand yeasts, it was if “someone like Lallemand” was drying WHC’s yeasts for them.
Please tell me it’s Juice Machine - my best NEIPA was made using the liquid version!Hoping to brew this weekend and try the new Blitz Lager in a Kolsch.
There is another new strain due at the end of the month too that should be popular with those who love to brew hazy beers.
Was always their best liquid lager one. Would love to see it, was hoping it would have materialised when they binned hoppin pils from the range.I wish they'd do a dry Helles Fire Club. It's absolutely brilliant.
