I made a clone of Proper Job and half the beer spilt out of my GF40 because I wasn't watching it and the counter flow chiller hose fell on the floor...so I was left with half a brew and decided to re brew and stick Banana split in this one, and then for the other two Saturated and llamand Nottingham (which was the one recommended in the recipe). After all three were bottled and left for a month the Banana split one was by far the best of the three at least in this beer. I guess that Saturated would be better in a Neipa style beer rather than one with high bittering hops and appeared to be quite muted both in hop bite and fruit flavour. Nottingham was as expected, neutrual enough to bring the bitterness forward but not as sharp as Proper Job itself. Banana split on the otherhand was full of banana and clove and made for a lovely smooth but interesting beer. Would like to try it on a recipe that its designed for to see what it should be doing.

I’m really enjoying the banana split, probably my best Weiss so far
I'm hopefull.
Banana Split smelt amazing during ferment, if you like bananas. But it ended dryer, FG being 3 to 4 point lower than same (usual) recipe using Mangrove Jacks M20.
Just carbonating now, so awaiting final tastings.
