Kölsch head retention is a bit lousy unfortunately but it’s largely crisp with a little fruitiness and an extremely quaffable beer which I feel is vital in a Kölsch I will be brewing another batch of this before too long.

Hi Clint i did the lager and a pale ale on the same day, the pale ale is still going once every minute, but i used the kit yeast and 6gr of biore in the pale, the lager i used midland
