Kölsch head retention is a bit lousy unfortunately but it’s largely crisp with a little fruitiness and an extremely quaffable beer which I feel is vital in a Kölsch I will be brewing another batch of this before too long.

Just finished brewing a Dark Lager/IPL with lots of user upper hops. The NEIPA has had 24hrs @30psi and is now down to 11.

I might have to get another one on soon.
