.Hi guys, just a quick update on my St Peters golden ale brew I bottled it 2 weeks ago left it in a warmish place then chucked a couple in the fridge Friday drank them (4) yesterday and I'm well pleased with the taste ,carbonation and very clear. Not quite a session beer cuz after 4 bottles I was slightly tipsy lol. I bottled my festival old Suffolk strong ale on Saturday so in a couple of weeks time when I've drunk my St Peters I'll have some empty bottles to put it in .
Like your style, forward planning, always keep your stock levels up
