My Biere De Garde is a year old next month. I’m loving it, and there’s still plenty left.

I need to get the kegerator stocked so I’m not seeing a Marzen in my near future. I could be easily swayed, so it’s not a flat no!

Fortunately I have a low tolerance for crap in my life, even more so after the very traumatic downsize that I’ve just went through. There’s still a couple of runs to the dump in the bits of the garage that you can’t see 😂.

I thought NZ Pils in May or June, the second swap in autumn time. Can be guided by when others think they’ll be ready.

I'm going to give Mouteka a rattle at First Wort and a balanced water profile to see if that takes the edge off.

In the absence of any objections, I’ve just ordered the hops for an NZ pils brew!

Based on that I'd suggest swapping an NZ Pils late May/early June and an American Amber end of September.

We had one vote for sour and one for a fruit beer.
