It's a bit weird,just not liking it...might be from years of clock watching in work,and being tied to time.
Even though I can't wear a watch it has its benefits especially on days off as usually its beer o'clock.

That's Turbot under a yoghurt, lemon and caper coat, with fresh local asparagus (Kent) with Carrefour Petit Chablis.

I attempt to be an adequate wine buyer, on a budget. 👍🥂
 
I didn't record the recipe for some reason but I did find this.
Not sure why it's called a Christmas lager. My recipe is pilsner low and high Carmel malt. Carafa 2 at mash out for colour, saaz hops for bittering and flavour.

It was based on drinking lervig julebock in the ship and mitre in Liverpool. Carbonation is my fault, I had the gas turned down for some reason. Not a bad attempt at my first dark lager
