Well I got it on the go last night, OG a shade over 1050, so looking good for 5%. If its as good as the Golden Stag, which seems to be the best one I've done so far, I'll be very happy.

Added the hops today, so had a cheeky dip. The Elderflowers have really come through, it is going to VERY floral, unless it mellows after adding the hops. But it is still very tasty!!
