So I added 100g of sweet oj peel at 10mins left of boil and a jar of marmelade. When bottling I added a litre to missus soda stream to carbonate. Tasted good, the rest was bottled and should be ok in another week or so.Ive another hazy ipa to brew tomorrow !
Toying with the idea of adding a jar of orange marmalade to the boil and some sweet orange peel at flame out to raise the juicyness !
Anyone tried this ??
