It has been pointed out to me that I have had five beers tonight.

The pointing is not because there are five empty bottles lined up (although I have been on the bottled beer and it's Friday - it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone living in this house), No, it is because I have used 4 different glasses to drink them from.

Well I certainly wasn't about to pour my malty premium bitter into the glass I had used for my pilsner. Then there was the 80 bob and also the IPA - they just don't compliment each other.

Anyway, who else is fussy about the glass they drink from (I know I could just rinse it under the tap but I just find that pouring into a wet glass doesn't do it for me). :D

I just rinse with hot water then dry with a teatowel, nothing pisses off the wimminfolk more than multiple dishes/glassware when one will do.

I'd drink it out of the toilet :D

Steady on chaps, these are the sort of comments I got banned for!

I have to point out that that isn't the case at all.

Some tongue in cheek jokes and a comment from one man commenting on his own wife rather than females in general as these one's are...are fine :thumb:

Argh that's what teas towels are for ;) followed by another sheepish shoulder check :D

Quick rinse and a blast from the compressor suits me on the weekend nights when she's watching come dance ice skating factor :?

Well I have my favourite everyday wine glass, a favourite straight beer glass, a favourite handled pint pot, and a two-handled “Join the Ansells Bittermen” quart pot (£1 from a charity shop) if I've got a real thirst on.

A quick rinse under the tap if changing brews, because no-one else in our house ever does any washing up.

How strange, there doesn't appear to be a forum glass there
