Yet another water query

Forum brains - I done got a detailed water report done, but it don't all line up proper with Brewfather.

Help me Obi Won Kenobi - you're not my only hope, but you'll save me spamming it in further forums.

Also, you'll have bragging rights, "I helped a dumbass make better beer today" it'll make you even more attractive

The top photo is from Brewfather, I need to populate the different fields, but the values on the water report don't seem to marry up.

Ah OK. It's a little hard to see the top bit (I don't use brewfather) but I think it's asking for:
calcium (enter 10)
magnesium (2)
sodium (not reported but leave it at 0)
chloride (11)
sulphate (22)
bicarbonate (this is alkalinity times 1.22 so enter 13)
