Yesterdays brew

Made a SNPA yesterday pitched yeast at 22 deg today nothing added another packet this morning still nothing. Stirred it and wrapped in quilt see what happens. Any ideas??????

Why did you add another packet of yeast?

The first one was very close to best before date so just added another that was not so old

Did you give it a good shake/stir before pitching? All my AGs (only did #3 yesterday) have started very quickly...

What yeast was it?

drained from boiler to fv had loads of froth ive never had any problems before yeast is safale so5
