If you've tried Marble Dobber then Gales/ Wyeast 1332 Northwest ale is a perfect yeast. I have used Fullers and got good results. Alternatively there's always US05 if you're lazy.

I like US05 for hoppy IPAs :thumb:

I'd agree with that. I bottled some beer made with US05 back in July in the hot weather and whilst I was able to store most of the bottles at around 20C, a few of them were left in temperatures of 28C and higher. Those bottles now have some very nasty flavours which are just not there in the bottles which were cooler.
