Hi Guys,

Im finally settled into my new house and I have loads of garden and wall space to set up some hop plants.
Before I start trawling the internet does anyone have any root stock up for grabs?

If you do please post up or drop me a PM.

Cheers! :)

You can plant any plant any time you like, just that early spring and autumn are really the optimum times . Also depends if your plants are well potted or almost bare root. Well potted just neeed to be kept well watered if going in during the warmer months and if bare or almost bare rooted or very young seedlings then i would personally hold back now until the autumn, keeping them potted for now, well watered and given a feed every few weeks.
That is my personal opinion of course.

Johnnyboy1965 is your man for hop plants. I've noticed he's often giving away plants and cuttings. Fire him a PM to see if he's got anything to give away. He's also not to far from you in solihull

Thanks for the advice, Ive just dropped him a PM :thumb:
