Harris Original Mild

I received this kit as a Christmas gift along with the Dark Rock Amber Enhancer. Has anyone tried it before? What are your thoughts? Do you have any tips? I’m planning to use Tesco Ashbeck water and possibly adjust the water chemistry, but I’m not sure yet.

Started this brew today, used ashbeck water , added following salt additions being prudent but slightly basing off brewfather.
**Calcium (Ca2+):** 17.0 + (61.5 × 2.5 / 22.5) + (72.0 × 1.8 / 22.5) ≈ **33.6**

- **Magnesium (Mg2+):** 5.0 (no addition; unchanged) ≈ **5.0**

- **Sodium (Na+):** 10.0 + (393.4 × 0.4 / 22.5) + (273.6 × 0.2 / 22.5) ≈ **16.3**

- **Chloride (Cl-):** 17.0 + (127.5 × 1.8 / 22.5) + (606.6 × 0.4 / 22.5) ≈ **39.4**

- **Sulfate (SO4 2-):** 14.0 + (147.4 × 2.5 / 22.5) ≈ **30.4**

-**Bicarbonate (HCO3-):** 46.0 + (723.0 × 0.2 / 22.5) ≈ **52.4**
