ive never brewed this before and am following moley's giude (great gide BTW)
the question is,
the guide says when topping up to do it in two stages over two days, why is this? is it incase it foams and decides to wander off out the airlock?
also mine seams to have got over most of the frementation in 4 days (it was very err... energetic while it was on the go though) and is now about 20 blips per minute (day 5). is this right? i used youngs 'super wine yeast'
