Learning day by day. Sugar has been relatively straightforward. I don't do desserts (maybe the odd well chosen yoghurt. I'm averaging about 1800 cals a day, sometimes less. I'm contemplating skipping lunch on Mons and Thurs to give me 2 x 600/700 cal days a week.
I've stripped out a lot of carbs - and though I'm having brown bread, it's one slice instead of 2 etc.
Brekka is scramblies with or without smoked salmon / Porridge -made with water, and a couple of raisins chucked in to make me feel human.
Dinner can be a salad or soup - i'm much more label conscious. Or an omelette if not had eggs for brekka.
Tea - much more veg, salad and fish. Less red meat. Bacon and bangers have pretty much gone the way.
1 coffee first thing, then tea, water or redbush tea. Had 3 glasses of nice wine the other weekend. Enjoyed that. Spent more than usual cos, well,I ain't buying steaks and ales.
