I doubt they would spend the money if they thought there would be little gain, I don't think he will end up at city but if he does it's going to be good.
Clubs would be queuing up for him if the price wasn't so hig even at 33 years old.

He's a special player. I don't think we will see another for a very long time. Messi is the best player in my life time. I was too young to appreciate Diego maradona

Been fortunate to see him in the flesh at the Camp Nou and at Old Trafford a few times over the years and as you say, a once in a lifetime player

You look at a lot of Arsenal games you see a lot of empty seats but officially they have sold out.
