Nice sunday morning brew today of the Woodfordes Wherry. Took some pictures along the way, it looked great and can't wait to give it a try in February/March time.
Step 1: Warming up the wort
Step 2: Mixing with the ~3L boiling water
Step 3: Bring up to 23L with cool water, temp approx 23 degrees C
Step 4: Read the OG approx 1040 or 1042 when accounting for hydrometer calibration temp difference
Step 5: Finally pitching the yeast
It really is an easy kit!
