This type of thing really annoys me. If you have been accused of a crime and been proven "not guilty" then your accusor (sp) must be held responsible for their accusations. This also applies to the CPS. If the "Crown" has deemed it nessacary(sp) to prosicute you, and you are proven innocent, then somone must be responsible.

A court of law never proves that someone did not do the crime. They merely establish that there is not sufficient grounds to charge them.

I have no idea if when someones found innocent it is generally looked into if the accuser should be charged or not anyone else have a clue?
