WLP007 or WLP002+ US05?

I have a Blonde Ale to Brew that calls for WLP007 which is quite high attenuating, the problem is I don't have any though and I already have too many yeasts ready to go in the fridge.
I have a couple of packs of US05 as standby which I thought I may use but wonder if the result may be a little boring.
It then came to me that perhaps I could use some WLP002, which has the same flavour profile as the WLP007 but is 10% less attenuating and I could maybe add the US05 after perhaps 4 days to drop the gravity a little more and dry it out?

Any thoughts/experience/prior knowledge on this?
 
Indeed, but what do you think of adding US05 after the main fermantation for additional attenuation?

I use 002 regular and have done for around 20 years. Never had any problem with the attenuation. Personally adding that yeast may strip some of the 002 character.

When you say you have never had problem with attenuation, I understand that it will fully attenuate for its style, but I don't think that means it will attenuate like WLP007?
I have seen reference, somewhere on this forum I think that adding another yeast after the main fermentation is finished should not alter the character from the first yeast?

I have read that but thought it was more for yeasts that tend to finish very high most of my 002 brews will end around 1.008-1.010 which is good enough. Never tried SO-5 but if it is anything like it's stablemate SO-4 will do more damage than good.

I have never like SO4 which seemed to stall, I have used O5 once for a stalled fermentation but it didn't help much tbh, maybe I'll just go with 005 and see where I end up.
