Hi Guys... :

Been using WL005 for Trad English Bitters...

There is a really fruity aroma and flavour... BANANAS!!!!

Is this normal...

Been brewing at 20 deg c

On 6 generation and pitch if anything too heavy..

Your comments appreciated..

Have used this yeast many times over the years but the word bananas never came to mind.
