Hey everybody (Dr Nick, Simpson's)

Looking at doing a brew at the weekend and have done a stock take...its looking like a SNPA clone, which will be good as I'm down to about five bottle from my last clone, but noticed I have some Simcoe I ordered but haven't used yet.
So am thinking bog standard SNPA at 50litres with 100g of simcoe chucked in at flame out for 25min.....any thoughts :wha:

Don't seem to be able to get on here as much as I'd like, the life apart from beer stuff seems to be getting in the way at the mo, anyways have a good weekend at the Spring Thing and look forward to the dodgy photos

The simcoe will make it piney and resinous, quite unlike the flavour of SNPA - think more Dogfish Head IPA style. Should still make a cracking brew though.

by the way, don't support you've got a ~38mm q-max have you? I need to put a hole in something shiney.

James I have a 37.5 , I'm off work today so drop me a PM and I'll drop it off if its any good
