I don't go for this, "it has to be in the keg for x weeks" routine, try it, if it's ready drink it, if it's not leave it. Some beers are better young, some are better aged. Simples :grin:

Edit. Probably will get strung up though :lol:

Totally agree. IMO it's very important to try beers at all stages of their 'limited' lives to gauge what you prefer :drink:
