Hi,

I started 3 batches of wine off last night one being a fruit tea bag liquorice. I thought I had followed Moley's recipe to the tee (pardon the pun), but being dim I somehow missed the bit about putting it into a bucket until the mad fermentation dies down and I am paying the price now.

The wine has gone totally ballastic even though I left quite a bit room in the PET it has come out of the air lock and is intent on escaping to victory.

What shall I do about it, do I just keep cleaning and refitting the air lock or is there another way to resolve this?

As always thanks in advance for your help and I'll be following instructions very carefully from now on haha.

Cheers
Lezli

attach a syphon tube to the end of your airlock. point it into a bucket of sanitizer. boom! blow off tube.

when it dies down, take it off. :thumb:
