Blackberry wine help / advice please

Some folks never bottle just rack when clear and leave in DJ until ready to drink.

Bottled this today. Filtered it first. Very clear. Lovely colour and a surprisingly mellow taste. Going to be difficult keeping this too long but have corked anyway. Roll on next season for blackberrys.

Update - cracked a bottle of this with xmas dinner. Been in the bottle 2 months. VERY impressed. Light in colour but clear as a bell, no sediment in bottle and wow, what a lovely taste. Only got 5 more but these are going on the special occasion pile and cannot wait for the new blackberry season! Kids are begging for some but no way . :lol:
