hi i am new to brewing and wanted to make a wilkos cerveza kit (love corona :D )

how long after starting the kit will it be ready to drink?

it says to add 4 lemons zest, what stage is this done at?

instead of bottling could i barrel/keg it?

thanks

You'd probably want to give it at least 6 weeks (2 to ferment, 2 to prime and 2 to condition) but it will probably get better the longer you keep it. If it comes with a genuine lager yeast then you would also want to give it another 2 weeks of lagering, but I suspect it comes with a cleanly fermenting ale yeast.

You could put it in a keg but the plastic ones don't hold pressure too well so it's unlikely to be fizzy enough for a lager. The much more expensive corny kegs would be great though.

No idea about the lemons - does it not say in the instructions when to add them?
