Wilko white grape concentrate

I got given some of the wilko white grape.concentrate for a present at Christmas, but have read since you cant just dilute it and make wine straight from it, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what to do with it, can I just add some to some fruit juice?

You can use the concentrate to make wine but its best to mix it with other juices the second link below shows you how.
