I just had a very well insulated box and it's in a shed but managed to maintain 18c I just used the yeast that came with it as I wasn't sure if I would manage the temp for the mj california lager yeast inhave it's currently been in the fridge for 2 weeks not tried it yet may crack one open tomorrowIf you can ferment cold (or under pressure) then Id certainly swap out the yeast for a proper lager yeast. If it is a room temp brew it will almost def be some sort of ale yeast. That said my first couple of wilko lagers were OK.
What did you do in the end? What is your fermentation set up like?
